These terms apply to every reservation and every payment made through flightmonster.store. Read section 2 before you pay: what you are buying is a reservation reference, not a flight ticket.
The service is operated by AI Handels AG, Düsseldorf, Germany (“FLIGHTMONSTER”, “we”). Full company details are in the imprint. You can reach us at kontakt@flightmonster.store.
A reservation, not a ticket. We hold an itinerary for your route and issue a booking reference for it. That is the product. It is not an airline ticket, it does not entitle you or anyone else to carriage, and we are neither an airline nor a tour operator.
A reservation can serve as proof of onward travel or as part of a visa file. We do not guarantee that any airline, border officer, embassy or other authority will accept it — that decision is theirs alone, and requirements change. Check what your destination actually asks for before you pay.
Locking a route costs nothing and creates no payment obligation. You give us an email address, we search the route and email you a buy link with the price. A lock is held for two hours; after that the itinerary and the price may change or expire.
The price you pay is the one shown in the buy dialog and in the email that accompanies it, in US dollars, including any applicable taxes. Payment is taken by Stripe at the moment you confirm. Nothing is added at checkout beyond the amount shown. We do not store card data.
Your e-ticket — passenger name, itinerary, carrier and booking reference — is sent by email to the address you gave us, normally within a few minutes of the payment clearing. If it has not arrived within an hour, write to us and we will resend it.
Once the booking reference has been issued to you, the service is performed and the fee is not refundable. You are paying for the reservation and its delivery, not for a seat, and a booking reference cannot be returned once it exists.
If the reference was never delivered, or was delivered with an error we caused, we will correct it or refund you in full. If you cancel before paying, nothing is owed and nothing is charged.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this section. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract — but for this service that right ends when we have fully performed it, which happens the moment the booking reference is issued, and only if you expressly asked us to start before the withdrawal period ran out. By ticking the box at checkout you give that express request and acknowledge that the right is lost on delivery.
We warrant that we will deliver a booking reference for the itinerary you selected. Beyond that we give no warranty: not that a flight will operate on the published schedule, not that a carrier will honour the reservation, not that an authority will accept it, and not that it will let you enter any country. Schedules, aircraft and carriers shown are indicative and come from published route data.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where the law provides mandatory liability. In ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty, and then limited to the amount you paid for the reservation concerned. We are not liable for missed flights, denied boarding, visa refusals or other decisions taken by third parties.
You may not use the service to obtain a reference by fraud, with a false identity, or to present a reservation as a purchased ticket where a carrier or authority requires one. We may refuse or cancel a reservation in such a case, and may report it where the law requires.
We may update these terms for future orders; the version in force when you paid applies to your reservation. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected, and you may sue or be sued at your statutory place of jurisdiction. Should a clause be invalid, the rest of these terms remain in force.
1. Anbieter. Der Dienst wird von der AI Handels AG, Düsseldorf, betrieben. Kontakt: kontakt@flightmonster.store. Vollständige Angaben im Impressum.
2. Leistungsgegenstand.
